These terms govern your participation in the SMS program operated by LLR-1 Solutions LLC (dba Colo) — the private line, events, drops, and limited offers. By joining the private line and checking the consent box, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the mobile number you provide, or have the owner's permission, to join and receive messages.
Colo's private line is a recurring SMS program. Message frequency varies. You will receive automated and personalized messages about opening updates, events, invitations, opportunities, and restaurant news. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. After opting out you may still receive non-marketing service messages (for example, about an active reservation or order) where permitted by law.
Drops, offers, invitations, and events are subject to availability and may have limited capacity. Claiming or responding to an offer does not guarantee availability. Colo reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit any campaign, offer, or event at any time.
We may use the details you provide and your message activity to personalize the content and timing of messages you receive. You may request that personalization be disabled at any time.
Colo is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or for any carrier charges you incur. Participation in campaigns is at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
